3. Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that plans change. Please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments or cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a service fee. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed using the original payment method.
